WOOD PRODUCTS
MATERIALS:Carefully selected quality lumber

WOOD TOP CONSTRUCTION: Solid laminated tops with veneer skins.
DRAWER BOX: English dovetail, 1/2 solid sides with ball bearing glides
FINISH: Multi-step furniture grade finish
CHARACTERISTICS: All wood naturally ages, darkens, changes color and mellows over time primarily due to exposure to light. While this color change is imperceptible from day to day it may be significant over a longer period of time, or due to amount of light the wood is exposed to.

On warranty replacement doors or drawers, we will not guarantee an exact color match.
Also, imperfections such as checks (small surface splits), pitch pockets (small dark holes) or darker mineral streaks are natural and are not considered defects.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. Are your vanities / wood tops waterproof?
They are water resistant, not waterproof. They should be treated like any other piece of furniture in your home. Standing water is harmful to the finish must be wiped off as soon as possible.

2. Can I get it in a different finish or size?
Our pieces are designed in the most popular sizes and finishes. We do not accept orders for special sizes or finishes.

3. Do you have a selection of hardware choices?
No. We do provide hardware in standard configurations. Most customers who wish to change them may use their own or from another source.

CARE & MAINTENANCE:

  • Dust your furniture with soft cloth and occasionally use a commercial wood cleaner that is not silicone based.

  • Avoid extreme changes in temperature, keep away from direct sources such as heaters and air conditioners.
  • Never allow liquids of any kind to remain on furniture surface.
  • Absorption causes wood to warp and finish to peel and delaminate.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

    1. How durable are glass sinks?
Glass sinks are extremely durable. Normal everyday items used in a bathroom such as brushes, combs, plastic bottles, rings and small jewelry will not scratch or break a sink. Heavy items such as drinking glasses or a heavy perfume bottle dropped into your sink can cause damage.

    2. Can hot water break a glass sink?
Yes. Running hot water (at or above 120 deg. F) into a cold glass sink can cause breakage. But there is no reason to have water so hot that you cannot put your hand under it.

    Care and Maintenance

Your RONBOW Glass sink is manufactured by using a commercial grade tempering process and made to last.
Tempered glass is 5 times stronger than regular annealed glass. It is not, however, indestructible.
We recommend a few simple precautions to keep your sink in good condition for many years to come. First, exercise proper care of the glass surface. Prevent contact with hard, sharp, or abrasive objects, both inside and outside the bowl. Also, the bowl is subject to stress at the point of attachment. Avoid putting excessive pressure on the rim of the bowl, as overstressing the glass can cause cracks at the base.

    Cleaning

Do not use abrasive cleaners such as Ajax, Comet, or Soft Scrub, either inside or outside. For water spots, a spot remover such as Lime-Away may be used. A protective coating such as Rain-X (available in any automotive department) may be applied to help keep the bowl clean and free of spots.

    Thermal Stress

Thermal stress occurs when the glass is heated or cooled either too suddenly or to extreme temperatures and will cause the glass to crack. Water in the basin should not be overly hot or cold, nor should it be allowed to change temperature too quickly. Do not pour water into the bowl that is too hot to touch as the extreme heat will create especially great stress on the glass.
